WET VACUUM PUMP SEPARATORS

The Model 600WP is a unique design for use on wet vacuum pumps. Unlike the crankcase models shown above, it separates the high pressure air emitted by the vacuum pump from the lubricating oil. It reduces the oil pressure to ambient for gravity return to the engine and vents the cleaned high pressure air. This one size fits all wet vacuum pumps.

On airplanes with wet vacuum pumps, the twin breather and wet pump separators are best mounted side-by-side and plumbed as separate systems. For pilots or mechanics who prefer to combine the systems, or feel they must, we offer the “Y” connector Model 605-Y for $18.00.  NOTE: For some it will work perfectly, for others not at all, and we do not yet know why. The design was given to us proudly by a Comanche owner who made it himself for his own airplane. Field experience will prove where it works and where it does not. We have it available for those who want to make the try.
