300-B

AIRCRAFT 45-315 HP

The Models 300A and B are identical except for the direction in which the ¼” oil return tube faces. They have capacity for airplane engines powered from 45 hp to 315 hp.

On the “A” model the tube faces opposite from the breather inlet. It is preferred for Lycoming, Franklin, all radial engines and most antiques. It is designed to be mounted in-line with the breather hose.

On the “B” model the oil tube faces in the same general direction as the breather inlet. It is preferred for Continental, most turbocharged engines and all Cessna 170-172 Series airplanes, regardless of the engine brand. Because of the blank side with the “B” configuration, this model may be mounted either against the firewall or in-line.

The Models 400-A and 400-B are identical except for the direction in which the 3/8” oil return tube faces. They have capacity for airplane engines powered from 315 hp to 950 hp.

On the “A” model the tube faces opposite from the breather inlet. It is preferred for Lycoming, Franklin, all radial engines and most antiques. It is designed to be mounted in-line with the breather hose.

On the “B” model the oil tube faces in the same general direction as the breather inlet. It is preferred for Continental engines. Because of the blank side with the “B” configuration, this model may be mounted either against the firewall or in-line at the installer’s discretion.

HELICOPTERS TO 315 HP

The Models 300H and 300HB are identical except for the direction in which the 3/8” oil return tube faces. They have capacity for the higher compression helicopter engines powered up to 315 hp.

On the “A” model the oil tube faces opposite from the breather inlet. It is generally preferred for Lycoming and Franklin engines. It is designed to be mounted in-line with the breather hose.

On the “B” model the oil tube faces in the same general direction as the breather inlet. It is preferred for Robinson 44 installations having the O-540 engine. Because of the blank side with the “B” configuration, this model may be mounted either against the firewall or in-line at the installer’s discretion.
